How do I upload my photo?

On the product page, simply select your phone size and you’ll see an option to upload your image. Make sure it’s high quality for the best results!

Can I see what the case will look like before it’s made?

Yes! You'll receive a mock-up for approval before we print your custom case. You’ll get one revision if needed — once it's approved, we'll begin production.

How long does it take to receive my custom case?

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process, design, and ship your custom order. This timeline includes creating your preview and making any edits you request.

Can I make changes after I order?

 Yes — you can request one edit before the final approval. Once the design is approved, we won’t be able to make further changes.

What if the image I upload is low quality?

No worries! If your photo isn’t suitable for printing, we’ll reach out and ask you to upload a higher-resolution image.

Are there any restrictions on what image I can use?

Nope — as long as it’s a clear, high-quality image, you’re good to go! Make it personal, creative, or meaningful — it’s your case, your vibe.
