Some order tracking has not been updated even thought the package was shipped. Please email me and I can send you the tracking number if this is the case.

We hand print all our cases so once you purchase it will take around 2-3 business days to print and pack your order! It is a two person operation with me (Sarena and my dad) doing everything so i appreciate your patience and support. 

We are based in Toronto, Canada so if you purchasing from the US, please note that an extra day may be added for customs border crossing!
