Agh! I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

No worries. Just email us directly at contact@wellnessbyher.com within 4 hours of ordering and we can make the changes. 

If it has been more than 24 hours, your order is most likely in production and you can still try to email, however I can't confirm if I can change it.

How long does it take to print my new phone case?

I have partnered with phone case printing manufacturers in both United States and Canada who will print and ship your order once received.

Please allow for 1-2 business days for production as we proudly practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand).

I feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste.

Where is my order?

Once you submit your order, you should receive an email that says your order has been confirmed with 24 hours!

It then takes around 2-4 business days for the printing of your phone case.

Once your package is shipped, you will get an email that it has been shipped with the tracking number.

If you haven't receive any email, please check your spam folder and if still you don't see anything, send an email to: contact@wellnessbyher.com

How do I track my package?

Please check your email for all updates regarding your shipment. (Check your spam/promotions folder if you can't find it)

My phone case wasn't printed correctly?

If your phone case doesn't look like the picture (example: it isn't printed properly, or the colour is different from the photo) please send me an email at contact@wellnessbyher.com or fill out the contact form and I will send you another phone case!

What’s the go with returns?

For Physical Products:

Wellness By Her accepts returns within 30 days of the fulfillment date. To start a return please email contact@wellnessbyher.com.

  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US and Canada Only). 
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $6 handling fee (credited from the refund) for returns for a cash refund. 
  • The items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return.
  • Once your return is received, a refund for the item will be issued within 2-4 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you believe you have received a defective item (such as issues with image quality, wrong size, or incorrect design), please contact us at contact@wellnessbyher.com with the subject line "I have received a defective item." We will promptly provide you with a replacement case. 

For customers who have ordered the wrong phone size but the correct design, we offer the option to receive a replacement case. Simply cover the $10 shipping cost, and we’ll send it out to you.

Please Note: We do not refund shipping costs, and we do not offer exchanges on any items.

For Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All digital planners are instant digital downloads, and no physical products will be shipped. Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure the email address used for the purchase is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered digital downloads due to incorrect email addresses.

No Cancellation: Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be canceled. It is your responsibility to read all product details and ask any questions before making a purchase. As such, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.

Can I change/Cancel my order?

Because of our fast-paced shipping and creation process, we cannot guarantee changes/cancellation to your order.

If you reach out to us using the contact form below, we will do our best to change/cancel your order before the fulfillment process begins. If your package has been shipped or created, we are unable to change/cancel your order. (Please check your email to confirm your order has not shipped before reachout out to us)

NOTE: We can only make changes to your order BEFORE the order has been shipped. (Phone cases are usually sent to production within a 24 hour period.)

I received a defective product!

Occasionally our production partner may send an defective product or size and we will absolutely make it right!

Please reach out using the contact form below and let us know within 3 days of receiving your case.
If you received the wrong product. Let us know which product you ordered and which product you received.
If you have received a misprinted product, please send a photo of it, stating the issue (e.g., stretched design, blurred, or miscolored).
If you received a case that has issues fitting your phone on some of the buttons do not work. Please send a video that includes the model of your phone with the case not fitting properly or the buttons not working.

(Please note a valid exchange or refund is NOT a separated phone case as all phone cases can detach from the TPU inner and outer layer)

After doing this if we see that your case is defective we will get a replacement on its way immediately.
