How protective are your cases?
Our cases are made to handle real life. They offer up to 6 feet of drop protection and help guard against everyday drops, scratches, and bumps, all while keeping your phone sleek and cute. Think practical protection without the chunky, bulky feel.
What are the cases made of?
Our cases are made from durable, high-quality TPU and polycarbonate materials.
This combination gives you a sturdy, protective feel while still staying lightweight and flexible.
They’re designed to be tough enough for everyday use but slim enough to stay comfortable in your hand.
Where are your cases made?
The blank case bases are manufactured in South Korea, and everything after that happens right here in Toronto, Ontario. Each design is created by us and then personally sublimation-printed in our studio before being packaged and shipped with care.
So while the base of the case is internationally sourced, every finished product is designed and printed locally in Canada.
Do all your iPhone cases support MagSafe?
Yes! All of our iPhone cases are fully MagSafe compatible. That means they work seamlessly with MagSafe chargers and accessories like wallets, mounts, and magnetic stands.
You can shop with confidence knowing every case is designed to support MagSafe right out of the box.
Are your cases bulky?
Not at all! Our cases are designed to be slim and lightweight while still giving your phone serious protection. They feature two-layer construction for extra durability, so you get strong everyday defense without the bulky, heavy feel.
Are your cases fully covered on all sides? & smooth?
Yes to both! Our cases offer full coverage on all sides, with raised edges for added screen and camera protection. They also have a smooth, comfortable finish that feels sleek without being slippery.
Is the camera control button covered?
Nope! There is a dedicated cutout around the camera control button so it stays fully accessible and easy to use while your phone remains protected everywhere else.
Do your cases make the phone hotter while charging?
No. Our cases are designed to work safely with both regular and MagSafe charging. They don’t trap heat or cause your phone to overheat. Any slight warmth while charging is completely normal and happens with or without a case.
Are your cases super slippery?
Not at all. While the cases do have a smooth finish for a clean, stylish look, they’re made to be easy to hold and not slide around in your hand. Think smooth and comfy, not slick and slippery.
What is the black rubber on your cases?
That’s the protective TPU layer of the case. It acts as a shock-absorbing bumper to help protect the sides and corners of your phone, which are the most vulnerable areas. It’s designed to add extra protection without making the case bulky.
Do your cases yellow?
Nope! Our cases are not clear silicone, so they don’t have the typical yellowing issue that transparent cases get over time. The printed design and black TPU bumper are made to stay looking fresh with normal everyday use.
Are your cases scratch-proof or shockproof?
Our cases are scratch-resistant, not completely scratch-proof. They’re designed to hold up beautifully to everyday use, but like any premium finish, very sharp or rough surfaces could still leave marks.
They’re also not fully shockproof, but they are built to handle real life — everyday drops, bumps, and those little “oops” moments. With two-layer protection and durable materials, they strike the perfect balance between style, comfort, and reliable protection.
SHIPPING FAQ
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Once your order is printed and ready to go, typical delivery times are:
• Canada: 2–5 business days
• USA: 5–7 business days
• UK: 6–10 business days
• Europe: 6–14 business days
• Australia: 14–21 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Please note that delivery times can vary slightly due to customs or busy seasons.
When will my order ship?
All cases are made to order in my Toronto apartment. Production usually takes 2–3 business days, and up to 2–5 business days during busy sale periods. As soon as your case is printed, packed, and ready, it ships right away.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details the moment your order is on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any current free shipping offers will be shown automatically at checkout.
How do I track my package?
All tracking updates are sent directly to your email once your order ships. Simply open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link to follow your package.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where every case is printed, packed, and prepared with care.

Is shopping with you secure?
Yes! Your security is very important to us. Our website uses secure, encrypted payment processing to protect your personal and payment information. We never see or store your credit card details, and all transactions are handled through trusted, secure payment providers.
You can shop with confidence knowing your information is safe.
Are you a dropshipping company?
Nope! We are not a dropshipping company. Every phone case is designed, printed, and packaged by us in our Toronto studio after you place your order. We handle the entire process from start to finish so we can ensure quality and care in every product we send out.
Can I make my own design?
Yes! We offer custom phone cases where you can create your own design. Just visit our custom case section, upload your image or artwork, and we’ll print it exactly the way you want. If you need any help along the way, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help bring your idea to life!
Do you work with influencers?
Yes! We love collaborating with creators and influencers who align with our brand. If you’re interested in working together, please email us at contact@wellnessbyher.com with your social media handles and a little info about your audience. We’ll review your profile and get back to you if it’s a good fit.
Do you collaborate with artists?
Absolutely! We’re always open to creative partnerships with talented artists. We review all submissions and will reach out if we think it’s a great match.

ORDERS FAQ
Agh! I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
No worries. Just email us directly at contact@wellnessbyher.com within 4 hours of ordering and we can make the changes.
If it has been more than 24 hours, your order is most likely in production and you can still try to email, however I can't confirm if I can change it.
How long does it take to print my new phone case?
Every phone case is printed by hand in our Toronto, Canada apartment after your order is placed. Because each case is made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for production, and up to 3–5 business days during busy sale periods.
Once your case is printed, inspected, and packaged with care, it will be shipped right away. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.
We proudly operate on a made-to-order model to support mindful consumption and reduce waste, which means your case is created just for you.
My phone case wasn't printed correctly?
If your phone case arrives with a printing issue, such as incorrect colors, misaligned artwork, or any defect that doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ve got you covered.
Please email us at contact@wellnessbyher.com or use our contact form with a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily make it right. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement case at no extra cost.

Can I change/Cancel my order?
Because of our fast-paced shipping and creation process, we cannot guarantee changes/cancellation to your order.
If you reach out to us using the contact form below, we will do our best to change/cancel your order before the fulfillment process begins. If your package has been shipped or created, we are unable to change/cancel your order. (Please check your email to confirm your order has not shipped before reachout out to us)
NOTE: We can only make changes to your order BEFORE the order has been shipped. (Phone cases are usually sent to production within a 24 hour period.)
I received a defective product!
We’re so sorry to hear that! If your case arrives with any defect or issue, just email us at contact@wellnessbyher.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We’ll review it right away and make it right as quickly as possible.
In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Your happiness with your order matters to us!
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy for phone cases?
For Physical Products:
Wellness By Her accepts returns within 30 days of the fulfillment date. To start a return please email contact@wellnessbyher.com.
- Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $6 handling fee (credited from the refund) for returns for a cash refund.
- The items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return.
- Once your return is received, a refund for the item will be issued within 2-4 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you believe you have received a defective item (such as issues with image quality, wrong size, or incorrect design), please contact us at contact@wellnessbyher.com with the subject line "I have received a defective item." We will promptly provide you with a replacement case.
Please Note: We do not refund shipping costs, and we do not offer exchanges on any items.
My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it, what now?
Don’t worry, this happens more often than you’d think! Here are a few steps to try first:
• Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
• Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, lobby, etc.)
• Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted it
• Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered a little early
If you’ve done all of the above and still can’t find your package, please email us at contact@wellnessbyher.com with your order number. We’ll help you look into it and figure out the best next steps.
What is your 1 year warranty policy?
We’ve got you—and your phone—covered.
All Wellness By Her cases include a 1-Year Warranty for peace of mind.
What’s Covered:
If your case is damaged or breaks within 12 months, we’ll send you a free replacement. You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost.
What is your lifetime warranty policy?
Our Lifetime Warranty is an optional upgrade available for $5 at checkout. With this add-on, your case is covered for as long as you own it.
If your case ever gets damaged, breaks, or wears out, we’ll replace it with a brand new one, no matter how much time has passed. You’ll just cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
It’s perfect if you want long-term peace of mind and protection beyond the standard 1-year warranty.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All digital planners are instant digital downloads, and no physical products will be shipped. Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure the email address used for the purchase is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered digital downloads due to incorrect email addresses.
No Cancellation: Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be canceled. It is your responsibility to read all product details and ask any questions before making a purchase. As such, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.
